Atlas Shrugged part 1 & 2 trailers

I am currently still reading the book, and I saw part 1 on netflix (I wish there was an edited version - maybe for tv?)

It does seem eerily similar to what is happening today, maybe they are using Ms.Rand's book as a playbook?

I still belong to an edited movie website. I'll try to remember to check it for Atlas Shrugged. It's not out on video yet, is it?

The author was raised in Russia not long after the revolution so she saw the direct effects of socialism on motivations of people. I'm a big believer in always reading the book before seeing the movie. Hollywood's interpretation of Ayn Rand's book The Fountainhead was pathetic, and Ayn Rand herself wrote the screen play for it. I haven't seen the Atlas Shrugged movie(s).

There were several books written in the 1950's that now look prophetic. If you haven't read them already, be sure to check out these:
Brave New World by Aldous Huxley (alleged by some to be the real master plan of the ruling rich)
Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury
1984 by George Orwell
