Teachers who think their professional position should be a political platform (I had a few of those when I was in school, too - like the one who tried to make us cheer for Roe v. Wade on its January anniversary)

If a teacher thinks the only way to keep her job is by keeping it a monopoly and not allowing competition, that doesn't speak well of her professional confidence.
