This article whines that "younger voters" have barriers to voting because (although in college, or even college graduates) cannot figure out how to use a postage stamp, or apply for an absentee ballot, or find a ride to the polls.

PLEASE - if anyone is so incapable of figuring out how to perform the basic functions of living in adult society - are they really QUALIFIED to have an opinion in the political process? Do I WANT someone like this (who cannot figure out how to buy a stamp and affix it to an envelope - you don't even have to lick them any more!) deciding who will run the country?
