There are a few problems with these tests, tho.

1. They cannot be standardized, because there are a variety of native languages being used.

2. In some countries (U.S.) ALL public school students in a given system take them. In other countries, they're only administered to the best & brightest.

And ya know what else? I don't care! I think we have bigger problems than trying to have the highest test scores in the world. So there.

You are right Sis, I pulled that info from a commentator talking about the 'morality-free' public schools. He put a disclaimer that his commentary was not family-friendly. Rampant sexual abuse (what gets reported), child predator teachers, kids being taught and influenced by amoral people. He showcased a recent Fox News clip where two pro-life Christian teens were harassed by a gay, atheist assistant principal. That is covered here:
