Oh baruther! Dh and I were discussing Idaho vs Washington today. There's some deal about not being able to send an Idaho car title to a WA address so we had our dec'd ds's car title changed into dh's name and sent to an ID POBox. I asked him about whether or not that was HIS decision or the DMV's and he said he didn't know but he didn't ask because he "liked" Idaho better than sissy-state WA.
