The judge is going against the owner's wishes to put the dog down???? Property rights are another of the freedoms that we have lost!

Oh.. the dog has to have a hearing first!!
He mutilates this child and he gets a hearing as if he were a human being!!
So he gets a court appointed lawyer and a hearing FIRST!
Then they'll "decide" if he needs to be put down or not.
I wonder who made up this new law??? I'd LOVE to vote them OUT OF OFFICE!!!
