It seems a very misleading headline. The ordinance only says that they must not use the bathroom of the opposite sex.

It's just something that never should have NEEDED legislation! Imagine you're a store owner and you see a menacing-looking man following a woman or child into the ladies' room . Can you stop him? Or can't you?

Until now, the answer was obvious. Now, if you try to do so in many states, you're a criminal.

Despite the fact that news reports indicate that attacks on women in bathrooms are already happening as a result of these policies.

It IS bogus that anyone ever thought of making it okay for anyone to use any bathroom and any locker room, and forcing it on everyone else.
