4yo dgs was told to go make his bed. He flung himself down on the couch and said, "Well. I just ran out of energy." Mom said, "Hmmm. I'll remember how little energy you have when you ask to do something."

Five min later.... "Mom! Come see my bed!" Mom said, "I cant. I ran out of energy."

Dgs replies, "No. You don't call yours energy. You call yours *tired*."

I LOVE the minds of 4yos!
