The Sgt in charge is a home school dad! He's also a chaplin! We can't go wrong there, lol! There is another family that is putting their ds in the program and he's home schooled also. ALSO.. I asked if I had to be at the meetings. (because I did have to be there last night). They said no but they do encourage it. I really do think I'd enjoy this. I'll talk to ds to see if he wants his mom hanging around. The program teaches things that I'd like to learn (CPR, for one because I want to become a volunteer for either disaster relief or something like that)... Anyway, just rambling.

Yay! Sounds ramble-worthy! I'd be delighted, too!
It's always a good sign if they welcome parents. Whether you choose to go or not, it means they've got nothing to hide : )
