Your spouse buys you a blood pressure thingy. Mine is in the normal range, actually hit the number spot on. Dh's is lower.

Oh, don't feel too bad about that! I bought mine when I was pregnant (the very definition of "not-old" ; )
And, on the up-side, your DH loves you if he's concerned about your health!
Glad your numbers are good! You do eat a pretty healthy diet from what you've said, and I'm sure that helps : )
