Soooo - drinking 4 or more cups of coffee per day reduces your risk if death from any cause, while 6 or more increases the risk of heart disease by "up to 22%"

I guess 5 it is!

I remember them once saying 1-2 cups. I drink that amount, anymore and I tend to get an acid stomach. Dh, however, probably drinks the golden number
