It's SO good to hear from you, Martha! It IS a huge Blessing from God to be able to homeschool. Hope your classroom teaching experience improves. I really don't know how ANYONE does that job! (Despite being from a family of educators) Ironically, the other day, I was talking to 3 retired educators - teacher/principal/superintendant (who had never tried homeschooling). They each said how much they LOVED the traditional classroom, hated retiring, and could NEVER have homeschooled like I do.  I was totally mystified how anyone could feel that way.  But, I'd love to see you more on here

Hi Martha!!! SO good to see you! What is it about the classroom setup that makes it "mediocre on a good day"? Just curious. Anna, do you think it's because they got to go HOME and get a break from all those kids? They can't imagine being with their own kids 24/7? They get to be around other adults and gab during the day? Goodies at work? I dunno. |

I have no idea what image someone would have of it to think that it would be impossible for them (when they are obviously capable of teaching). |
