I feel like i have been very busy for the last month! It has mostly been consumed with caring for dh and driving him to appointments, driving step-dd to appointments, buying a car (that already has issues! :? ), and really stepping into a learning-mode concerning where i want this year to take me.

God is so good! :) Our church has an email group and i have felt the urge to share with the group a couple of times now and have gotten good responses. That's nice!

I'm also part of a few groups that i'm enjoying but i'm beginning to have a difficult time keeping up. *NO MORE NEW GROUPS!*

Meanwhile, i'm wondering how i can remember all that i'm learning!!! I'm feeling challenged to go "beyond" where i've been hanging out the last millennia (or at least the last decade) and make real strides before my life drastically changes again. It genuinely feels like "two steps forward, one step back". I write everything down but there's just so much to take in, process, and implement.

I'm thinking of doing a kind of collage if i can find the proper visuals (since i am NOT an artist). Or maybe just different smaller pages to move forward each month. January was about establishing a "morning routine". I have it pretty well down and notice it changes depending on what dh is going thru anyway. I'm going to pare it down for this last 4-5 days of January and include the essentials and intent. :)

BUT, if i do not get going on physical health in february ..... well, it just needs to happen! Dd is supposed to get here in March and i need a routine or plan well into place before that time and a mind to keep it going once she gets here! She is doing keto. Since i am flexible in the food realm i will probably do a low-carb thing but with dh and dgs needing more calories it may be tricky. sigh

But the BIG thing that has to happen is a change in my sedentary lifestyle! I feel my backside spreading even as i speak!  :? Thankfully, the weather seems to be heading into "spring" - altho' it might just be a faux spring at this point. ;)

Oops - gotta go!

So good to hear from you, Sis. I've been wondering how you're doing, but didn't want to make a nuisance of myself!

So sorry to hear that the new car has issues already! : (

All your plans make ME tired - just looking at them!

Hope it all goes smoothly - you're in our prayers here!
