Not sure i've ever used one. They're about the size of a meatloaf but it's turkey? Maybe it's just the breast? or is it pieces smooshed together? I'm looking for a recipe using one but don't know how to look it up since i don't know what it is!

Are these the right thing?

There is such a thing as "pressed turkey" - like lunchmeat - really cheap like you might expect for institutional dining (military, schools, hospital)

But better stuff - for home use, is usually a boneless breast (often a breast costs as much as a whole turkey! but it's all white meat, and no mess : )

Yeah. The boneless skinless breasts are perfect. And you can make them in the crockpot : )
