As y'all may or may not know - we're living in an apartment right now in a warm, humid area.

EVERY time I open the front door, I am greeted by a swarm of mosquitoes that try to sneak in the house (and often succeed).

Any ideas for keeping them away from the door? I've tried citronella (those wrist bands they make) - with no luck. The online info I've founds seems to be targeted toward homeowners or even homesteaders (no, I cannot put a chimnea with pinon wood outside! Seriously?! that's the best they can do?)

Anybody know any fixes for this?

I've read that most insects hate the smell of tea tree oil. They said to spray it around your doors and windows. ??

Carry a torch? Especially one of citronella?

I dunno, but i feel for ya. I hate hate hate mosquitos cuz they lovelove love ME! We're dealing more with wasps, bees and bald hornets this year. But i'd rather have those than mosquitos!!!!!
