Post subject:  Terrible air quality.
:( It's like the worst smog days before they cleaned it up. I haven't kept up on the fires around me but i'm thinking about getting a "go bag" ready! I don't know where we could go. Between the fires and the harvest dust the sky's a mess!

Don't mean to complain, tho'. Those fighting the fires are the ones i'm thinking of mostly. God bless them!!!

This is getting almost ZERO coverage in our news here. But I saw this story on it this AM

"Okay" is a relative term, right? :D It's very much better today and i am thankful to God! It's still that awful haze but with undertones of blue. I don't have the headache today. It does make the sun look pretty cool - especially at sunset! :lol:

I grew up in that kind of haze from smog in the Los Angeles area. I remember thinking i would be in that the rest of my life! (I was 8.) I was laying in my bed with stinging eyes and feeling it in my lungs. We lived about a mile from the foothills and sometimes we couldn't see them. Ahhhh, the nostalgia. :roll:
