Dgd was looking out the kitchen window and spied something in the tree. It blends in very well. Who knows how long it's been there? It's at least 10" in diameter. It's high enuf and far enuf out that i figured it was no big deal right? Or should i be concerned? |

I dunno. At camp they said "red" wasps are aggressive. But, wasps in general are pollinators, so they're not all bad - especially in fruit trees. Gotta watch out for people & pets, tho! |

I read that they get more aggressive later in the season. I think they get drunk on the fruit that's fallen to the ground and "ripened" and then act like mean drunks! |
