all the stress since dh has been home for a year has put the pounds on me I would do better if some doctor would tell me why my legs and knees have been constantly hurting for almost 3 years. on keto you eat a lot of fat and they have a vegan version but I do not see how you can lose weight It is good fat. mainly eating full fat mayo sour cream heavy whipping cream avocados that is where I will be getting my fats from, not all the meat |
