I just don't know where it goes. Why can't we manipulate it?

I worked one day, had to go to Spokane twice this week and then to two therapy appointments with dh. His last one got out a little late and we almost missed the Dallas Holm concert i wanted to see.

We skipped eating and went straight there. Hit some traffic - i guess it was Spokane's get-off-work time. All the handicapped places were taken but we had grabbed the wheelchair this time, instead of the walker, so i was able to just wheel dh on down just fine. We're glad we went. I enjoy Dallas' voice - so rich; his message was wonderful too. Dh only went because i miss so many things i want to do but then he was really glad we went.

It did make for a VERY long night! We got home just after midnight and didn't get into bed til around 1. Gettin' too old for this! LOL We were in bed til 10 this morning!

And i realized i'm not used to driving in the dark any more. :? It was a little tense but i just took my time. I was so tired it was a draw between wanting to *hurry up* and get home and *going slow* to be more comfortable.

Today i made breakfast and lunch, took a bath, and did some scheduling. We got dh's physical and occupational therapy appointments and i added in my work schedule. I ordered a few things i've been wanting and called around about where to locate other things. And that's about IT!

Dgd passed her second-chance test and, therefore, the course. My other dgd in that family has to stay at her dad's until his mom goes home. Then he'll send her on the plane to Spokane. She *could* get here before her mom! Why they don't just fly her into the closer airport - well, .... anyways.

Thank goodness things worked out for your DGD!

Glad you enjoyed your concert : ) I think I've been too old for those sorts of things for a LONG time now. Maybe I was born too old ; ) Altho I DID enjoy the symphony & stage performances as a child & teen : )
