Do you eat anything different for meals during the warmer season?

What are your "go-to" breakfasts? Are you a cereal with milk person? Smoothie? Avocado toast? Muffin?

I have oats, raw or cooked with nuts and seeds, apples, yogurt, raisans. When I don't feel like oats I have half a bagel, toast, waffle or pancake. I make a granola bar (basically what is in my breakfast oats) and have that. Always with coffee. I have smoothies for lunch or dinner. I put an apple and banana in those.

I tend to do the same breakfast month after month

ALWAYS COFFEE! (sometimes iced in the summer - but ALWAYS COFFEE!)

Lately it's been Cinnapuffs Cereal (Kroger Brand Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but a little better). I often just pour cold water over it instead of milk.

Sometimes it's overnight oats.

Sometimes it's rice with cinnamon or cardamom & sweetener

Sometimes it's Peanut Butter on Toasted Raisin English Muffins

Sometimes French Toast or Waffles

But, whatever I do, I tend to do day, after day, after day!

Except some Saturdays, when we have a family breakfast & I tend to have some variation on a homemade Egg McMuffin or Egg & Cheese Bagel & Sundays when it's Coffee Hour at Church.
