I had a lovely day yesterday! Dh was out of town and i didn't have to work! It was a nice day - in the 80's, so a little warm for me. But, i turned the fans on and got to work.
I waxed the livingroom floor and decluttered all the flat surfaces - mostly already done but i finished it up. THIS is how i like it!
Then i made empanadas - 8 with meat and 8 with apple pie filling. And i start cholent in the crockpot. Did laundry. Paid bills - including paying OFF my mom's car! 
When i went to bed last night i realized i'd stripped the bed but didn't re-make it. Oops.
So, made the bed and watched most of a movie before falling asleep. 
I hope this is the first of many Sabbath REST days to come!
