Plan plan plan. I love to plan! :) I end up with various calendars and planners most years. This year i bo't one i ran across on the net. It's pink - - and has a rose-gold spiral and accents. But other than that, i like it.

The biggest problem i have with planners is keeping them nice. I won't write in them until i have the time, proper tools and witty remarks to enter. That basically makes them ineffective! :? So, my first goal for 2018 is to "wreck my planner"! I want to use it to pieces! I want to cross things out and start over when it's not working well and tweak things until i get it better, if not perfect. "Do the best you can and when you learn better, do that!"

This one is put out by a fittest instructor, Cassey Ho, so it already has sections for what you're eating and what you're doing for exercise. I can't wait to get started on it!

I get the not-wanting-to-wreck-it mentality.

As a preschooler, I wouldn't color in my coloring books for similar reasons. Thank goodness, DD has not a scrap of that in her! The first thing she does when she gets a new blank book is to write a huge "Title" on the cover - without a thought to things like neatness, capitalization & spelling. 8-) It's all I can do not to reach out and stop her! I'm such a :geek:

It is rather debilitating. ;) Maybe it's an illness?

Yeah. They've already named it. It's called "Geekiness" ;)

Actually, pencil is generally too light for these old eyes, even when wearing my "cheaters". Annnnndddd.... i like to use pretty, sometimes glittery, colorful pens for different things. Even my shopping list has colors for different things.

I *AM* incorporating more pencil in certain areas tho', like menu planning! I change which days i eat/make different things all the time.

I just bo't 4 new mechanical pencils because the erasers on my old ones are dead. Thanks for the jolt of common sense Linda!
