I don't know! I'm waiting for the DC to get home from work. If they have plans I'll probably have something simple for me. If they'll be home, I'll find something to cook for us.

One of our family favorites. I broiled it and was almost disappointed but turned the salmon over for another 3 minutes and everything was great! A few of the asparagus had a burnt tip and the boys LOVED that! LOL

My oven/broiler is not calibrated correctly but i do the best i can. ;)

The boys had pizza last night! LOL

Tomorrow night is "katsudon". It's a Japanese dish of boiled cabbage and onion with pork over rice. Another family fave. :)

Last night we had sausage and cabbage.! It wasn't boiled though, more like a stir fry - ish kind of thing.

I lied. Tonight we're having a Puerto Rican dish that we call Puerto Rican Special. ;) Pinto beans, pork and rice with a tomato sauce and green olives.

It's not lying, it's changing your mind!

I think I'm going to fry up some fish tonight and have Cole slaw on the side instead of the sausage.

Oh.wait. The kids won't be home tonight... I'm not going to too much trouble when it'll be just me for dinner. Hmmm..

Had spaghetti with cauliflower and marinara over it. I pretend the cauliflower are meatballs.
