I put a chicken on the rotisserie last night. We had it for dinner, and it was large enough that tonight we had the leftovers... That rarely happens around here! But it was a large bird and I made plenty of sides to fill up the boys.

I love the rotisserie cooker that I inherited from my parents. :)

I had PLANNED to have a smoothie for dinner but mom had made tilapia and pasta salad.

I have noticed the dd is eating more . that is good.

It's hot and we're not hungry yet. There's pasta salad left and i bo't hotdogs. That sounds doable to me.

Since dh is sitting around and doing nothing and I mean nothing I am not cooking a big dinner every night. Mainly pasta or rice dishes,

I'm planning Katsudon for dinner. It's a Japanese dish - pork, cabbage and onion cooked in soy sauce served over rice.

Mmmm. Yesterday i had crab linguini alfredo at Red Lobster with peach iced tea. I don't do much pasta lately and never have crab or alfredo so it was a real treat. Plus 3 of their awesome biscuits! :D
