Thank you! It DOES look pretty impressive : )

. . . but wayyy too big for us! Ours is an electric "sweeper" - not a vacuum, and is light enuf that a toddler can run it. And most toddlers can still out-lift me, as things stand right now.

This review is what sold me on it
https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-revi ... f=va_cr_lb

(but, I bought from WalMart as it was MUCH cheaper ; )

LOL That is pretty cute and shows how tough they must be!!! It sounds like a lawnmower! My littles could use my Kirby with no problem except a bit of awkwardness turning it. It propels right along when in the proper mode. They loved vacuuming. The sweeper would make "sweeping" fun, too. They don't like real sweeping so much.

I don't have the new one out of the box yet so can't compare to mom's older one. Hers is very light weight but i am *so strong* that i might not notice!

The one flaw in the video was the sound. It is NOT loud! In fact, I can use it when someone is sleeping in the house : )

It gets a *wee* bit louder on wood - but nothing like the sound on the video!

It works on carpet & wood both - perfect for our house : )

Must be nice to be an Amazon ;)

Lately I've had to ask for help with RIDICULOUS things. "Honey, can you open this door for me? I can't get it"

You are worrying me! Is it because of your back?

Yes.

Thanks be to God, it's better than it was. (I can open most doors now, and even do "fancy" things like driving : )

But, vacuuming had become downright dangerous for me!

The floor had become horribly embarrassing - and since we have company pretty regularly, that was *not* pleasant.

This little sweeper is great in that DD can use it, and even *I* can use it! : )

GOOD GRIEF! I knew it was bad but haven't "seen" that type of problem for quite some time. I forgot how it can affect one's life! :(

We had a phone repair guy here today and i had to remind myself a few times that "he's seen worse". I'm slowly getting things decluttered and organized - very slowly. And sometimes it looks worse while "in process". Oh well. (And i didn't bother getting dressed! LOL) At least the bed was made. :P :P :P

I've been trying for better organization lately, myself : )

Now that my back's improving, I'm trying to do bits & pieces here and there without doing so much that I make it get mad at me again. I don't like it when it's mad at me!

I sleep in streetwear -so if a repair guy comes, I'm covered. Literally ; )

Well, yeah, i had sweats on and a vest over my jamas. I was covered more than if i were "dressed". I come home from work and tell mom i have to "go get dressed" before dinner.

Anna, how long has it been now? Seems like a long time! The last time my shoulder was injured I was out for over a month. Pain worst than childbirth!
