I just put 2 and 2 together. Anything that comes pre-packaged in a nice little "theme" is fair game! There are art supplies, wines, Blue Apron, science projects, craft kits, makeup clubs, and all kinds of things and i would order them all just because they come in themed kits!

I would love to have weekly/monthly sunday school lesson kit! 8-)

As a matter of fact, now that i'm making all this extra money(!) i have ordered from Blue Apron, Stitch Fix, and the Bible Study Guide for All Ages! But, the BSG isn't a monthly thing, it's a QUARTERLY thing! LOL If it works like i'm hoping it will, i will buy the rest on another paycheck.

Everyone loves kits! That's why they make them!

Of course, that's also why they have such a huge profit margin

NOTHING is cheaper in a kit than it is if bought individually. :ugeek:

Actually, many of them are worth more than they cost US, probably because they get great deals on things by buying in bulk. But, it's also the auto-renew feature and SO MANY forget to cancel when they no longer want to receive it. (I remember those book clubs - ARGH!)

I've seen where you can order them as gifts for others and you don't have to do the monthly thing but wouldn't a monthly gift be a nice gift? (I mean if you're used to paying a hundred or two for gifts!)

I suppose in THEORY that could be true.

But, I've never seen it happen.

More often than not, I get a gift package with things that *say* they're worth a lot more than *I* ever pay for them (for example "gourmet" chips that are "Retail 5.99" but I can buy a look and taste alike at Aldi's for 1.69). Or, they're simply things I would never want at ANY price.

The one time I find they're useful is if they will give me small portions of several things and keep me from buying the big portion --when I wouldn't want the big portion anyway.
