Thanks everyone! We had a field trip with the home school group this morning. This is the first one we've been on in several years. We saw a lot of old friends.
We toured the courthouse and then a mock trial. It was so good.
My dc were all excited to go and that's saying something, lol!
My Ds was able to speak to the bailiff about police work and also spoke to the judge (well, the judge did most of the talking..... )
It was a good experience.
Then I got to walk over the the tax office and paid taxes on two vehicles. (yippeee...)
After that my dc took me out to lunch for my birthday.
(I'm kind of ready for a nap now. )
Tomorrow my ds and I have a 10K race early so not much late night partying planned for us tonight. lol!
