it is about 4x6 inches maybe I cannot what person wrote it, it is a modern day person, I used it for US government, had the constitution, bill of rights, all matters pertaining to the government that even Senate and Congress members do not know. Eplains how it all works.

What you're describing could be almost any U.S. Govt Textbook (except size - the one you describe is a bit small) This online pub from the GAO HAS it all - but it probably has more than you really want.
