Glad to hear it Martha. Does anyone know where it's heading now?

It's heading for Pensacola which means my area will get hammered. NOT GOOD.

Oh Martha! I was so praying it would go more west.

I haven't checked the weather today, I guess I should do that. It'll come to us next after you.
We sure don't need any more rain.

Woohoo!! Your prayers are working! (And I'm sure all that hot air in Tampa might be helping to push the hurricane offshore as well. LOL) The hurricane has increased forward motion (good for everyone since it doesn't build up as much steam when it moves quickly.) And it has veered west a bit! It's now projected for Mobile, AL, and every little bit it moves west is good for my very wet area.

I'm glad to hear that Martha. I've been looking on weather.com and it looks like all of Georgia is going to get it BUT that the winds will be much slower. Which still means those areas will get lots of rain. Keep us updated!

Well, we didn't get in much hay before the rain came, but that's the way it is. Fortunately, it grows back so we can try again. I noticed the latest track for the hurricane as Arkansas, Missouri, and even a tiny bit of Oklahoma projected to get some rain. That's GREAT since those places have been so dry. Definitely prayers answered!
