Can someone help me

when I click my Chrome icon to come up after the computer is booted up
it comes up with half a screen and I have to click the expand icon every time to have a full page . What can I do to set it for full page everytime.

My FIRST course of action would be rebooting the computer.

I have no idea what operating system you run - but here's a sample of how to fix it if the reboot doesn't work.
