Meadow went to another Pediatric GI last Friday, and went through the Upper Endoscopy Monday. They are still finding nothing, which is both and blessing and a bad thing. They are going to send her for an MRI on her brain to rule out a tumor.
They are leaning towards Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome. I've been studying this since Monday. It would explain her heart rhythms sporadically jumping around and the passing out as well as the unexplained vomiting. This is a condition that is common in people with high anxiety, depression, bipolar etc. From what I have read chocolate and cheese can trigger it. And CoQ10 and L Carnitine have been known to greatly help the condition. Generally they add meds such as anti-depressants with these to control it. It's very uncommon, generalized, and not much is known about it. From what I've read it's something she will have to just cope with and hope she grows out of.
I decided to use Shormann Dive elearning classes for Algebra 2 and Biology and put an English plan together on my own. We are also going to take a local Yoga class. This will be more than enough for us with everything else on our plates.
Thanks for listening.
