I made one of dh's favorites for his birthday. Breaded chicken breasts w/cream of mushroom sauce and rice.

I was gone to my mom's most of the day so when we got home I told my dc that sandwiches were 'whats for dinner' lol!
I had turkey on multigrain bread and it was delicious.
I'll have fruit with yogurt soon for a snack.
Can I have your lasagna recipe if it's not too hard to make?
