Are we still able to get PM notices?

I sent a pm to someone weeks ago, & it's still in my outbox.
I'm wondering if we still get some kind of notice when we receive one....or if we have to go into the pm box, as if we're going to send one & then see a notice????

Anyone????

I get a pop-up notice when I come here, if I have a message in my Inbox, Donna.

For me, the upper left hand side of the screen shows "messages" the number will change if I have any. RIght now it's says "0 Messages" it's right next to "Logout" and my name. I think I also get an email saying I have a new message.
