We are having creamed potatoes, lasagna and garlic toast. Tomorrow will be leftovers. I have to register Meadow for school and work so there won't be time for cooking. :?

MMM, that sounds good! We have milk, milk, and more milk available since our cow is giving us a gallon a day. (We also have goat milk!) Any ideas for some milk intensive recipes? Eggs are also in large supply. :0)

Greek Rice pudding uses lots of milk & eggs.

Make your own cheese - Halloumi is particularly good : )

Impossible pies are great to use milk & eggs & make an easy dinner.

(I'll try to post a couple of those recipes. I can't make cheese, so won't post that recipe)

My daughter's making sausage and cheese pizza with some of the dough we purchased from Trader Joe's last time we were over there. Yummy!

Martha, you might look up the Greek dish called Pastichio (there are different spellings). Itt uses a lot of milk and eggs.when we run into having too much milk, we sell the extra. It's illegal in our state to sell raw milk unless you're a certified dairy, so we sell it as "animal grade." Same with our extra eggs. We've also frozen milk but it's still in there because we have enough all the time LOL. The chickens will drink some of the extra, too.

My mom had a cardiologist appointment (checkup) so I drove her into the city.
She makes her appointments so late in the day!! We had to be there at 3:45 but then they didn't even call her back until 4:30 and then the doc didnt see her until 5!!!
Ugh. By then there were severe thunderstorms everywhere and of course, traffic...
so.. Olive Gard*n was right around the corner so we went there for dinner while we waited out the bad weather. :)

Martha, potato soup is easy to make and uses a lot of milk.
