We had Enchilada Pie and rice with avocados, tomatoes, and sour cream. It was so good. We cut a fresh watermelon for dessert. Treyton is here with us too so instead of movies we're watching reruns of Yo Gabba Gabba on Netflix streaming. :)

No rain here, only loud thunder while everyone ELSE get's the rain all around us. I guess close is better than no rain at all.
For dinner I heated up the leftovers from last night. There was plenty and then some!
My poor ds was helping me and he didn't realize I had just taken a glass bowl of food out of the oven. He asked, "Has this been warmed up yet?" and then grabbed it!! :o
He burned his fingers and spent the next hour with his hand in a bowl of ice water.
He's doing better now and I don't think it's too bad.
It didn't bother his appetite. ;)

That's funny that you had enchilada pie. We had enchilada casserole! For desert, I made Pam's Lemonade ice box pie, which was so easy and yummy! I think I want another slice. Ds had the nerve to ask me, "Should you be eating sweets when you're pregnant?" Like father, like son! I think he just wanted more for himself, lol!

Lisa-Oh! You made the icebox pie! I've got to try that. I was just looking at the recipe tonight! Yummo!

Tory-I hate that. Burns are the worst pain. Glad it isn't too bad. What did you warm up?

Tory... : 0 Sorry to hear your son burned his hand. Hope he's doing better today!

Lisa, now you have me curious with the icebox pie. I'm NOT doing sugar right now, so I'll have to try it when I'm finished with my sugar break.

Enchilada casserole sounds good!

DH cooked last night and made homemade pizza with homemade white sauce. Smelled really yummy and I can't believe I resisted it while on the candida diet. I encouraged him to eat my 2 pieces. ; )

I had some Grilled chicken and grilled veggies.

I'm so proud of you Cindy. Right now I don't know how you do. I have good days though, where I could eat just anything, so it's easier to stay on an eating plan. It's just that right now is not one of those times. Sometimes it's much harder than others. Grilled chicken and veggies doesn't sound bad at all but pizza with a homemade white sauce sounds especially yummy. Hee hee

Jeniliegh, it's not that hard to stick to a plan when you have yeast marks all under your "girls" and arms that you need to get rid of. I am determined to get rid of them and lose some weight in the process!
