What brand of foundation do you use?

Do you get any kind of message when the post is eaten?

MAC is found in department stores like Macy's. There are some MAC stores in malls like the big Florida Mall in Orlando.

This is the foundation that I like to use.

No. When it happens I hit submit and then it's not there. I know last night Lisa's post appeared at the same time. We must have posted at the same time. It seemed as if she knocked my post out of the loop.

I use Clinique and Bare Minerals. I remember the post about Everyday Minerals but never ordered. I always use mineral make up over my foundation since I work in a dental office make-up is a given. Especially for the eyes because that is mostly what patients see. No sure Clinique is cheaper-I'm thinkin somewhere around $20, but they match my color and if I get home and it doesn't work/look right I take it right back and exchange. I like the kind of Clinique I use because it isn't as heavy as the cream, but it's more than the minerals like Martha mentioned. The mineral make up over the regular foundation has a fabulous look. I'll check the kind of Clinique tomorrow. I'm heading to bed tonight!

Summer time, very little, because of the humidity.
moisturizer with sunscreen and eye cream.
Winter I use a cover girl cream makeup you apply with a sponge and Physicians formula over that.

) I love the Studio Fix, which is a powder base that has terrific coverage. My skin tends toward ruddiness, and SF covers, smooths, and makes me look great. No cracking, no streaking. There are lots of shades, so you can find exactly what suits you best.

Neesa, I think what probably happened (with your post) is that Lisa posted while you were typing and when that happens, and you hit Submit, the next page is a page that says "Someone else posted while your were typing, do you want to review your message before submitting?" in case you want to change something you typed based on what they typed. You think your post has submitted unless you scroll down to see that it's still an edit/typing page. I've had that happen a couple of times and have seen it on other forums, too. You have to click Submit again for the message to actually post.

(Side note for Martha: This is the one main thing that bugs me about this new forum format. I have to scroll down to see ANYTHING specific to the page/message I'm on -- every single page looks the same without scrolling, and I have a pretty big screen on my laptop.)

As for makeup, I just use a mineral powder as well. I haven't used a liquid foundation for years and years (when I did use it, I recall that I used to mix my foundation liquid and moisturizer together to apply).

I used to buy the Escentuals from Bare Minerals, then switched to Everyday Minerals. Now I'm even too lazy to figure out an order online and just use something from the makeup aisle at the store. I don't use a lot and have had the same container for a couple of years now.

Pam, we like the same one. I ran out and need to head north to the mall in Gainesville. I was going to have them try another type of foundation to see if I like it. Sometimes on casual days I like to wear something lighter. I ran out of MAC tinted moisturizer. It was good for no make-up needed days.
