I'd like to show my appreciation for those that took care of our animals and yard while we were gone. Besides money, what would be nice?

What about some kind of gift basket like a mug, packet of hot cocoa or tea and some cookies or maybe a Cookie Mix in a Jar type thing. I've done those, esp the Mix in a Jar and they were well received and didn't cost a lot to make.

A home-cooked meal is always nice. Invite them over for dinner or make a meal and take it to them.
