How do you remove people

on facebook? cannot figure it out . I hate it when they keep changing things.

Just go to your friend list choose the friend and press the unfriendly button

When you click on the friend you want to unfriendly you will see a box with the word "friend" and the word friend will have a check on it. Click on that box and there will be a choice to "unfriend". I just checked it out.

You have to scroll down after you click the "friend" that is checked. It will load and when the unfriend is highlighted in blue, then you click it and it will ask if you want to take them off of your list. There are several "are you sure" type things, just keep clicking and it'll go through.

I do not have an unfriendly button., plus used to have a box by the name and you could get rid of them that way, not anymore I have a lot of people I want rid of.

I got banned from a couple of facebook pages once for posting a link to a video clip of a city council member sleeping during a city council meeting. Of course, one of the pages where I posted that and got banned was on the council member's re-election page. (the other was the local paper, but they were fully supporting her candidacy and didn't want that video circulating). It was funny.

Linda, you have to click on their name so that you go to their wall. On THEIR wall.. it'll have the word "friend" and it'll have a check beside it. That's what you click. YOu may have to keep your cursor on the word "friend" then a list will appear below. At the very bottom is the word "unfriend", move down to that and when it's highlighted in blue, click it. You should get a "remove this person?" kind of message.
