We voted last Tuesday. We explained the issues to our six year old and I let her cast my votes and submit my ballot on the touchscreen.

Have to get mine completed tonight so I can drop them off in the morning. Not sure how or if my older kids will be voting this year. Two of the three are very disgusted with how things are on both sides of the fence and don't see their vote having any worth one way or another. I guess that is part of the greatness of our country - we can choose to abstain from voting if we see that as the better option. I keep trying to keep quiet and allow them to lead their lives as adults without my Mommy-ness wanting to change them on issues I feel strongly about. ;) They already know where I stand on this - and how I believe there are more than 2 choices.
