There are too many issues that I am not all that interested in or don't have proper knowledge of to form an educated opinion on. I feel like I'm "lying" if I put in a different answer than how I am really thinking.
Most of the questions had an option of saying something like "different opinion" - I think if you select that one, and don't fill in the blank, it will take that question out of the equation. That's what I did on issues that I'm ambivalent about, or that I think are way more complex than a multiple choice option acknowledges.
