on my right side and on my stomach.
When I was pregnant had to learn to sleep on my side because I could not sleep on my stomach which is the way I had always slept.

By nature I sleep in the fetal on my right side, but over the years, it has caused more issues with my broken collarbone which is on my right side as well. It used to make it feel better, now it causes the bone to crossover where it is broken. I have learned to sleep on my back most of the time now. My husband sleeps on his stomach a lot, but also on his left side. He can't sleep on his back for long because he starts snoring and I wake him up. ;)

That is one astounding bit of psychobabble!

I sleep on the floor (with a bit of padding). A firm surface ensures that one moves about a bit at night - which really helps keep me from waking up in a lot of pain. So, probably - all of the above.

Yep--Anna, totally agree with you. I sleep in every one of those positions at various times. And my RESTFULNESS has more to do with my attitude that the position I sleep in. And that has a lot to do with my SPIRITUAL well being, not my arms and legs!
