I just received this text message that says my entry last month won a $500 gift card from Target. It says to log in at what looks like www.target.com but has a series of number and letters after that. Since I havent shopped in Target in ages and certainly didnt enter anything and dont give out my cell phone number to anyone but family and friends...I smelled a scam. here is an article from a Kentucky newspaper detailing this recent scam http://richmondregister.com/localnews/x ... card-offer |
