You'd think I was on dialup!  I have to keep hitting reload to watch a show and then it comes back with FOUR commercials before i can watch the show and by then it's slowed down again! I rebooted and everything. Nothing else is running. I've defragged and cleaned up my disc...Ugh! Just did it again and it went back to the beginning!
