We've had one for some years now (got ours at Sam's too) and we love it. The one we bought came with two canisters. You get a base that contains the motor and you get a canister that can be used as a blender, and we got a canister that can be used as a grinder. I haven't used my grinder except for a few times to make coffee. I may just have to get it out and use it more often now. I use ours to make soups and frosties mostly but my husband loves to use it to make salsa. They are expensive but they are worth it in the long run. The only thing I can't do with it is make bread (which would be a great addition).
