I had to look up what that was, it looks neat. I just got a BodyGym - resistance band system. I like that it's small and portable and I can do short sets easily throughout the day. I can feel it working already. I want to get rid of my flab around the middle. So hard to lose as you get older. I can feel those core muscles working so I hope I can see the difference soon. Keep us posted on how you like that one. I had never seen that before.
