This is a miracle that occurs every year on Pascha. The link explains - along with a link the the video at the FB page of the Jerusalem Patriarchate. (The actual Fire is at the last few minutes - 5 or so- of a very long video.)

If you watch, you'll notice that the Fire does not burn those who pass hands, beards or clothing thru it. They say that the Fire does not burn anyone for the first 33 minutes after it ignites every year. A flame from this Fire is then flow to Churches all around the world.

It's amazing to watch! : )
