To me it looks like Jesus is saying "jump!". But you can also see the excitement in finding the lost sheep just in the ... words are failing me... "shape" of Jesus. |

To me it shows the lamb was utterly 'lost' and stuck somewhere (between a rock and a hard place). The shepherd had to search everywhere. There you are! Been feeling stuck like that for years :/ |

I showed it to DD and asked her what she thot - she observed (I had not) that there is a "hidden picture" of a cross on the wall of the cliff. And here, I was wondering how the Shepherd was going to get way up there! From the mouths of babes! |

Never noticed that before. I was thinking the shepherd would get close enough for the lamb to jump into his arms. |
