Today's report: She fought the respirator so much that late last night they decided to remove it, and she's been breathing on her own since them!
It's amazing! God is good!

There is a gofund me account if anyone is interested in helping them financially. It's on my FB wall.

The MRI is showing brain damage and now the doctors can't decide on how bad she is. They are giving her dh a poor prognosis for her.
Keep praying if you think of her.
God knows what's best.
Her dh and her mom are both having a hard time tonight. It's been a long 4 days and they are exhausted and upset at this latest doctor's report.

Thanks everyone for praying.
The last update that I saw says they are planning to move her to a rehab unit in the next week or so.
She's breathing on her own, but they did insert a trach tube, so I'm confused about that?? She's still in a drug induced coma but they are reducing the meds slowly. She's opnening her eyes for longer periods and also responding to pain when the doctor tests that.

Pray for her mother.. as she has to leave her dd for the first time to drive to Jax to be at home for a doctors appointment and other matters.
As anyone would understand, it's difficult for her to leave.

The baby is doing great and is such a cute baby!!

My ds was able to go up with some friends from church (it's a 3 hour drive from here, one way.) to visit with them in the hospital. He was able to see Nicole and pray over her and have lunch with the dh (ds's friend from band.)

That is so nice. One of the things that blessed me so much when ds died was hearing how many people he talked to about the Lord.
