with a cement plant about 25 minutes from his house. He had to cancel the originally scheduled 2nd interview as Keilah went into labor during that period. " ) He has several other jobs he has interviewed for, but this one has the best pay and best benefits. THe elderly man who referred him to apply thinks he has the job for sure, but we don't want to be presumptuous. If he gets this job, my daughter would be able to stay home with their new baby for a little while, and/or possibly only have to work part-time to make ends meet. |

Sounds like this could really be a great opportunity. I know my dil is grateful she has been able to stay home for the first 6 months of her babies life. She is now deciding if she will be getting a job soon or not. They could use the extra money for savings and emergencies. She would also like to have something extra to do outside the home. It gets lonely. We would get to babysit if she does!

That's always hard... leaving a young baby to head back to the work force. I feel very blessed that I was able to take my daughter to work with me at the Crisis Pregnancy Center when I served as director. She had lots of adopted Aunties. I'm sure you won't mind babysitting! My SIL did get the job and he starts on Monday. Thx for praying! |
