Remember my uncle that my mom and I made a trip to FL to see after he fell 6 months ago??

He is doing better with that, but his knee is really bad. He had it replaced 3 times!!
Now they are saying it's got bacteria behind the knee cap.

They have put him on some different, stronger, antibiotics and will recheck it on Tuesday.
If it's not improved they will amputate the leg.

Yes! The doctor's put a stent in the leg sometime this past week. They determined that it wasn't getting circulation so that's why they did the stent.

SLOWLY blood flow improved in the leg so yesterday they decided to NOT amputate!
They are releasing him from the hospital to go home! (He's been hospitalized or in rehab since the end of July.)
